In collaboration with Mark Construction, a skilled and talented carpenter, we undertook the task of designing and building a unique and customized deck for our client. The entire process involved several meetings with the customer to gather their requirements and preferences, following which we embarked on bringing their vision to life.
The first aspect we focused on was the structural integrity of the deck. Recognizing the importance of durability and longevity, we decided to incorporate a structural overkill approach. To achieve this, we opted for a series of 16″ diameter and 3-foot deep footers, spaced every 8 feet along the deck’s perimeter.
